CRAFT & CALLING
A Three-Month Private Mentoring Engagement
Craft & Calling is a dedicated 1:1 partnership for writers and deck creators translating expansive inner visions into coherent, publishable works.
This mentoring is designed for the author who has moved beyond the "how-to" and is now navigating the deeper architecture of their work — refining their voice, structuring complex ideas, and aligning their creative output with their professional calling.
Whether you are drafting a non-fiction manuscript or developing a new oracle system, this engagement provides the structural clarity and authorial guidance required to bring your vision across the threshold.
To protect the depth and quality of this work, I work with a small number of committed authors each year. This 90-day engagement is a focused partnership designed to move your project from a state of emergence into a coherent and viable draft.
The Mentoring Structure
The Engagement includes:
Foundational Project Review: Before our first session, I will review your project outline and up to two sample chapters (or a deck prototype) to ground our work in the specifics of your vision.
Three Private Consultations: 45-minute mentoring sessions, scheduled once per month to allow for integration and creative output.
Asynchronous Support: Direct access between sessions for clarifying questions and steady momentum.
Authorial Positioning: Focused attention on manuscript coherence, deck mechanics, and the unique requirements of the mind-body-spirit market
For Non-Fiction Authors
We focus on the ‘spine’ of your book: ensuring your message is coherent, your structure is transformative for the reader, and your authorial voice carries the necessary authority without losing its heart.
For Deck & Oracle Creators
We focus on system architecture: category consistency, symbolic logic, and the clarity of your guidebook voice. We ensure the deck is not just a collection of images, but a functional tool for practice.
Scope
This mentoring is focused on authorial development and structural clarity. It does not include line editing or proofreading. Developmental editing may be available by invitation for those who have completed a mentoring engagement.
